  Double charged me for my sons rackets. Would not work with me to solve the issue. Did not give me any calls back, when I specifically was re-assured it would be taken care of and a call would be sent once they verified the information. Receive an e-mail a week later saying that they still cannot find a receipt of purchase in their database... How many retired moms does it take to find a receipt? Apparently too many.
  
  Never coming back here again.
